Evening Edition: Sound at the Mill

About the Event:
Join Ancient Song Therapy for a unique sound experience at the Eno River Mill the Fourth Saturday of each month. We are grateful to Earth Yoga Studios for hosting this event after Eno Arts Mill & Gallery flooded after tropical storm Chantal on 06 July 2025. This will be our temporary location until the gallery space is back up and running.
Please bring any comfort items you may want during extended meditation. Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided by the space, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
We will gather in the space at 7:30 and have a few minutes to set up and settle in. A sonic landscape will be provided by a variety of instruments-- singing bowls, percussion, chimes, and vocals. There will be an opportunity for sharing and discussion before we end at 8:30. This event is lit by candlelight but will otherwise take place in the dark.
Payment may be made in advance via Venmo (@AncientSongTherapy) of PayPal (paypal.me/AncientSongTherapy). We cannot take payment at the door for this event, so please make your arrangements in advance.

Candleglow Evening Soundbath
Starrlight Mead 130 Lorax Lane, PittsboroJoin us the third Friday of each month for a candle-lit evening sound bath featuring a variety of singing bowls, chimes and percussion accompanying the human voice.
Honoring seasonal cycles, Ancient Song Therapy crafts sonic landscapes that are conducive for relaxation and mediation, as well as journey work and integration.

First Sunday Sound Bath
Starrlight Mead 130 Lorax Lane, PittsboroEvery first Sunday, the cathedral-like acoustics in the tasting room of Starrlight Mead bring a sense of reverence and play to these sessions. Think of it like non-dogmatic sonic church.
