Sound in the Gallery -- Saturday 08 April, 9:30 - 10:30 AM EST
Join us *IN PERSON* for a unique sound experience at the Eno Arts Mill and Gallery the Second Saturday of each month. With each new exhibition of art in the gallery space, we will explore concepts that are shared between the mediums of visual art and sound. This event is all about contemplation as each of these arts effect us in a variety of ways. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, and comfort items for extended shavasana. We will gather in the gallery space at 9:30 and have a few minutes to set up and view the art on exhibit. Attendees can choose one piece as a focus, or bring the effect of the overall show to their mats and into meditation. Sonic landscape will be provided by a variety of instruments-- singing bowls, percussion, chimes, and vocals--highlighting the concepts of tone, color, frequency, and mood. There will be an opportunity for sharing and discussion before we end at 10:30. Space is limited to 10 attendees. To inquire, and to register, please email Jenn at liodhruna@gmail.com.

Join us in sonic ceremony as we honor the ancestors of blood and bone, spirit and thought, and other ancient ones who teach and guide us along the ways.
Announcing our Ancestral Vocal Bath is available *IN PERSON ONLY* at The Joy of Movement Chatham Mill on Friday 28 October at 7:30 PM- 8:30 PM EDT. This is the final ceremony at The Joy of Movement for the foreseeable future as the space transitions to its next chapter. We are uncapping the event capacity and hoping this can be a well attended event as we say good-bye to this wonderful space.

For those attending remotely: You may want to set up a "nest" for listening using comfort items like cushions and blankets, even an eye mask.
